CalmBreath is designed to be an offline-first privacy-respecting application. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal breathing data, history, or identifying information to our servers. All your session data, customized breathing patterns, and settings are saved locally on your device.

We may collect anonymous analytics or crash reports (such as device model, OS version, and stack traces) to help us improve the app's stability, provided you have opted in to share such data with developers via your device settings.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of our app. AdMob may use advertising IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device's settings.
• Google Play Billing: We use Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases (such as our Premium subscriptions). We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Google account credentials.

3. How We Use Information

Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, we do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or sharing with third parties. Any local data remains on your device to provide you with the App's core functionality (e.g., tracking your daily streak and breathing history).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all your CalmBreath data at any time by navigating to Settings > Reset Data, or by uninstalling the application from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
